The North American Joint Security Agreement is a treaty signed in 2013 between the United States of America, Mexico, and Canada. As part of the agreement, Mexico received 50 M1 Abrams tanks. The treaty was going to be signed in Mexico, but the ceremony was disrupted by a rebellion by Mexican General Ontiveros. The Canadian Prime Minister was killed, and Presidents Ruiz-Pena and James Ballantine were captured.
