The MSG-90 is a Sniper Rifle designed for military use and export.

In Ghost Recon Edit

The MSG-90 appears in the PC version of Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 and can be used by Scott Mitchell in the singleplayer campaign as well in the various co-op and multiplayer modes.

Real-world overview Edit

When H&K introduced the PSG1, the GSG considered it to be too heavy for military use, considering it fires a relatively light round round for the weapons weight. In 1987, MSG-90 sniper rifle had been introduced as a "militarized" offspring of their PSG-1. Both the PSG1 and MSG90 share the same trigger group and adjustable trigger pull. It features a slightly shorter barrel than the PSG1.
