Briefing: Edit

Mitchell - We're not sure how the Loyalists found us. Sounds like military equipment, way beyond your normal guerrilla tech. Until we can find out what's really going on, here's what we have...

We've found the identity of CIA's local contact. His name is Dilip Khan, a former Activist. Somehow the CIA missed the minor detail about him informing for the Loyalists now.

Khan's the guy who confirmed Fazal's identity back at the construction site. Funny, CIA lost contact with him right around the time we went after Fazal... Bravo teams network located him for us. It's time to get back in touch.

Khan's been spending most of his time at a small café deep in Loyalist territory. Your first objective is to positively ID the target. We've got an observation point marked for you. Once you've got a positive ID, secure Mr. Khan.

We expect the café to be heavily guarded, so expect a counter-strike if we go in fighting. Hold position at the café until Bravo can bring in an APC to transport him to the extraction.

The extraction point is across a nearby bridge, and the only way there is through an adjacent village. Support the APC along the route to the extraction point. Once you're across the bridge, we've got some air assets on loan to make sure you aren't followed.

There are also several targets of opportunity, like a nearby radio tower. If you can take it out, it will effect their ability to call in reinforcements later. Also, keep your eyes open for other targets of opportunity.

IntelEdit

1. Sri Lankan junglesEdit

Jungles

The jungle is pretty thick in this part of Sri Lanka, so expect low visibility.

2. Disable the radio towerEdit

Tower

Attacking the radio tower will probably draw some attention, but it will limit the Loyalists' ability to call in any quick-reaction forces when you hit the café. There's a good chance it's well guarded, so expect some resistance.

3. Expect a fight with Loyalist forcesEdit

Khan

This town is located deep in Loyalist territory. Our intel suggests that Dilip Khan is under Loyalist guard here. The soldiers here are well equipped and well trained. Expect a fight.

4. Avoid civilian casualtiesEdit

Loyalist Army

Be advised, although it's held by Loyalists, this is still a civilian town. Avoid civilian casualties at all costs.

5. Positively ID Khan from the observation pointEdit

Local Contact

Our eyes and ears on the ground tell us that Khan's been spending most of his time at this small café. Make sure you positively ID the target before moving in.
