Sergeant Lakota is a member of the Ghosts who served under Captain Alexander Brent's command during World War III. The team was assigned to hunt "Snow Maiden", and as they cornered her in England, Russian attack helicopters attacked, and Lakota was hit by shrapnel. As the survivors were evacuated, Brent told her that she had done good work.
Two weeks later, she met with Brent at the Liberator Sports Bar and Grill, and although she favored her leg, she did not use crutches. They talked awhile, and joked about dinner and a movie. General Scott Mitchell called Brent, and assigned him as a liaison to Dubai. Brent told him that he wanted Lakota on his team.
