The Lady Killer is a unique variant of the 5.7 USG handgun in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands that is awarded to the player after they capture Antonio.
It comes with a suppressor, laser sight and a custom weapon skin. It also does almost double the damage of the base 5.7 USG, almost on par with the M1911 and P12, while still having the same level of penetration, making it one of the best sidearms in the game.
