Jennifer Burke is one of two female soldiers serving on the "Ghosts" team during the Korean War. She is one of their riflemen. She may have been killed in action protecting President James Ballantine during the Mexican rebellion.
Jennifer Burke was born on June 28, 1978. She comes from a blue collar family in Indiana, earning her GED (General Educational Development) diploma before joining the Army. Slightly rebellious, she is an adrenaline junkie and enjoys extreme sports in her spare time. She is outspoken and not afraid to speak her mind.
Jennifer is somewhat sarcastic, as shown in the Korean conflict when she makes comments about Command stating the obvious.
In 2011, she saw action in North Korea where she and her team fought a rogue North Korean general—Jung trying to seize power in the region. In 2012, she fought Pakistani rebels who had staged a coup d'état against the Kazakh government.
In 2013, Captain Burke accompanied her team to Mexico during the signing of NAJSA, but broke off from her team and was assigned to a different unit. While Captain Mitchell and his squad were fighting Mexican rebels in Mexico City, Burke and her squad were assigned to defend U.S. President James Ballantine as he fled to Air Force One. Unfortunately, her team was ambushed and forced to engage in a firefight with rogue Mexican soldiers. When Major General Martin requests a status report, she does not respond and the President is taken hostage.
Burke is presumed killed in action as a result of the attack on the President. However, her final fate has never been officially disclosed.
