Volodin is the President of Russia in 2024.
History[]
Prior to Volodin's ascension to presidency, he was a former member of the Russian military.
Volodin was ousted to power by Raven's Rock and incarcerated in a black prison, but was rescued by a masked Ghost, John Dmitri Kozak, who gave him a PP-2000 and marched back into Moscow with the Loyalists.
Together, he and the march captured Sergey Makhmudov in his office while General Mikhail Bukharov was found dead in his HQ, secretly killed by Hunter Team, while the media believed that the General was apparently assassinated by his own security forces.
