General Sokolov was in charge of a Russian Army base in Chelyabinsk province. He was still in command a year after the base was shut down, and made a deal with Chevchenko. The Ghosts were sent to stop the deal. Sokolov brought out the cargo — RSM-56 Bulava nuclear missiles — but was going to return it when Chevchenko did not come out fast enough. Pepper shot them both, and Chuck disabled four of the missiles. A Bodark helicopter then took the remaining cargo away.
