General Mikhail Bukharov is a member of Raven's Rock, responsible for running its military arm, including the elite Bodark operatives.
Biography[]
He was a supporter of the self-proclaimed President Sergey Makhmudov, who is also a member of Raven's Rock. During Raven's Rock coup, he coordinated the ultranationalist military forces to fight against the resistance, but his efforts were thwarted by the Ghost Recon AFO Team Hunter. He was killed in his office in Moscow by Hunter, while he was preparing Raven's Rock last stand. His death was attributed to rogue elements within the coup forces.
