El Gato is the fourth mission in the Remanzo region and requires the player to complete The Chemist, The Quinoa Factory and Energy Drinks.

After disrupting the packaging operation in Remanzo, it leads to El Gato making calls which reveals his location. The Ghosts go to kill him.

Mission Description[]
We have intel on a possible location for El Gato, the so-called "unkillable" boss of Remanzo province. Locate El Gato, kill him, and collect his biometrics for a positive ID.
When complete:
El Gato has managed to escape death once again. The biometrics you retrieved were not those of Remanzo's boss, but a double hired to impersonate him.
