Aleksandr Treskayev was a Russian Ultranationalist and noted statesman who, along with other politicians and members of the military, conducted a coup in Moscow in the near future and deposed President Anton Karzkazev. Treskayev was opposed by NATO and the Ghosts. The general in charge of Moscow, Maxim Cherskiy, was defeated by Hibbard and Booth.
As a loyalist force entered Moscow, Treskayev hid in the Kremlin. A Ghost team led by a Ghost Lead captured the building but saw no sign of him.
